Reindeer Sledding and Tromsø Ice Domes Visit from Tromsø

Depart from Tromsø city center and relax on a 90-minute scenic drive through snowy valleys to Camp Tamok, a wilderness base surrounded by Arctic landscapes. Upon arrival, you will be provided with thermal clothing to keep you warm before starting your reindeer sledding experience. A short transfer brings you to the reindeer area, where you can try a gentle sled ride, feed the animals, and hear fascinating stories about Sámi traditions from your local guide.

After the sledding, return to Camp Tamok to enjoy a hot meal and warm drink by the fire inside a traditional Sámi tent, known as a lávvu. This is a perfect moment to relax and take in the peaceful Arctic surroundings.

Continue your adventure with a visit to the Tromsø Ice Domes Snow Park. Stroll through beautifully lit snow and ice sculptures and visit the huskies and reindeer nearby. As the day concludes, board the bus back to Tromsø with unforgettable memories of Norway’s Arctic wilderness.
