Join an afternoon dog sledding tour through Arctic landscapes and enjoy the company of huskies under the soft northern light. End the adventure with a warm drink and cake by the fire.
Starting from Tromsø Havn Prostneset, travel by bus to Breivikeidet, a scenic area surrounded by fjords and mountains. After being welcomed by the team, you’ll receive insulated clothing and clear guidance on how to handle the sled.
You and your sled partner will take turns driving and relaxing as the huskies lead you through snowy terrain and forest trails. The sledding lasts about 65 minutes and offers a chance to see how the light changes over the Arctic afternoon.
Once back at camp, gather in a traditional lavvo for a well-deserved hot drink and cake before your return to Tromsø.
